Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back without first requesting and receiving approval for your return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and confirm whether the return has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for the amount to appear in your account.
